This ambitious project, a testament to Nigeria’s commitment to sustainable energy, is set to be a game-changer in the nation’s energy landscape. Under this collaboration, the government will provide essential support, including land allocation, permits, and a sovereign guarantee, while Greenquest Solutions will spearhead the construction and financing aspects. To facilitate a smooth commencement, the government is establishing a dedicated steering committee tasked with expediting the permitting process, with construction anticipated to commence in the third quarter of 2024. Greenquest Solutions is actively engaged in discussions with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and other strategic partners to secure the necessary funding for this transformative initiative, underscoring our collective dedication to advancing clean and sustainable energy solutions for Nigeria’s future.
