GQS energy signs deal to take over 50 MW in the Zhanakorgan area of Kazakhstan. The project has land secured and with draft PPA in place and environmental studies completed. Construction planned for Q2 to 2017. Marat Bukaembev Head of business development in Kazakhstan led the delegation from the bank and local officials.
