In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, we are embarking on an initial 30-megawatt solar project, focusing on rooftop installations in schools. The permitting process is already underway, and construction is slated to commence in the queue for 2024. Furthermore, Greenquest Solutions has secured an additional 30 megawatts in the southern region of the country, with land allocated and initial license fees paid. This expansion underscores our commitment to bolstering Sri Lanka’s energy infrastructure while contributing to the development of local communities. Notably, Sri Lanka has introduced new tariffs aimed at incentivizing and accelerating the growth of its renewable energy sector, providing an opportune environment for initiatives like ours to thrive.
